About Me
I help enterprises take AI from pilots to production, and I have spent 16 years building the engineering organizations that make that possible.
Today I am a Technology Consultant at EPAM Systems, leading AI adoption and enablement engagements for global enterprises: shaping AI strategy and roadmaps, leading the consulting and engineering teams that deliver them, and working directly with client leadership and engineering teams.
Before consulting, I was Director of Engineering at two product companies, leading organizations of 50+ engineers, owning a $16M product-line P&L and chairing the architecture and change advisory committees that shaped company-wide technology decisions. Earlier, I spent eight years at Huawei growing from software engineer to solutions architect to engineering & program manager, delivering telecom and consumer platforms such as Petal Maps and Convergent Billing for operators across Europe, Asia and Africa.
I still build. The projects below are systems I designed and shipped hands-on, because leaders driving AI transformation should understand it at the code level. Based in Amsterdam, working across Benelux.

Multi-source ingestion, content generation with Claude, an independent AI quality gate before publishing, TTS narration and video rendering, then automated posting to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
